By complying with requirements of the Russians aviation authorities, the Prague headquartered company is empowered to perform maintenance and other technical services the Russian registered Embraer Legacy 600 and Legacy 650, Phenom 300 and Phenom 100.
ABS Jets and the Czech Technical University in Prague are implementing a training program on the principles of lean maintenance. ABS Jets handled its 10,000th flight at Prague’s Vaclav Havel International Airport. The 10,000th flight was handled for their Czech customer Aeropartner coming from Prague to Wroclaw flown with a Citation Mustang on the March 20th 2014. ABS Jets has seen steadily increasing demand for handling services since it became a licensed handling agent at the airport in 2008. The availability of 9.000 square meters of hangar space contributed to becoming a preferred service provider.
Embraer Executive Jets and ABS Jets will jointly provide maintenance services for all types of Embraer executive aircraft during the upcoming Olympic Winter Games which will take place from 7 to 23 February 2014 in Sochi, Russia. A special Maintenance team will be on 24/7 standby to provide immediate technical support and when needed, ABS Jets can fly in spare parts from Prague or Moscow.
